the work and were gone. I hardly knew they were there! Our basement was fully

Whom It May Concern,
I am writing today to thank you for an excellent customer
service experience. I recently purchased my first home. Several weeks ago, after
several days of heavy rain, I noticed water seeping into my basement. I was mortified,
After exhausting my own knowledge about how remedy the problem myself, looking
on various 'Do It Yourself websites for further information and getting nowhere,
in desperation I called Basement Waterproofing Tech.
The first CSR I
spoke to, Christine, took my basic information and informed me that aninspector
could come to my home to asses the problem the very next day. I was delighted
to learn that my inspector, Todd, was also the company owner. Todd was extremely
professional and knowledgeable. He spent three hours with me, , walking with me
through the diagnostics and offered several solutions.
Frank, the job's
foreman, and his crew did wonderful work as well. Frank was there every day supervising
the crew to be sure the job was done as it should be and that it was finished
on time. I was also glad that he was easy to understand and that he was able to
explain what they were doing and why. Thank you for hiring people like Frank and
having them available to help your customers.
